About the job
In this exciting role, you have the chance to fully contribute your professional know-how and, together with a small team, operate, maintain, and service the fascinating technology of a wellness spa. With you, we set new standards and inspire our customers and partners in the foundation group.
Your tasks
- Technical maintenance:You carry out maintenance and repair work on technical and infrastructural systems
- Troubleshooting:You independently analyze malfunctions and fix them efficiently
- CAFM support:You independently process tickets commissioned by employees of the wellness spa FORTYSEVEN.
- Coordination:You coordinate external service providers during maintenance and repair processes
- Project management:You plan and execute repair and restoration projects
- On-call service:You take on on-call duties approximately once a month 24/7 (ideally with a travel time under 60 minutes)
- Access systems:You perform lock changes and program access media
Your profile
- Education:You have completed basic training as an electrical installer EFZ, automation technician EFZ, electromechanic EFZ, or comparable (NIV 13 advantageous or willingness to acquire it)
- Further training:Ideally, you have further training as a maintenance specialist and bring knowledge in building automation
- Working method:You work precisely, carefully, and independently. You have a strong service mindset and show high commitment. You convince through reliability as well as a high quality and sense of responsibility
- Technical understanding:You understand complex technical contexts
- Development:You are willing to continuously develop and further educate yourself
- Communication:You are open-minded and strong in communication with our customers
- IT skills:You have good user knowledge in MS Windows and MS Office
- Language:You have flawless German skills in spoken and written form
