Head of Client Representation (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Further development of the service unit’s portfolio together with the team
Successful acquisition and independent management of new client mandates
Support and further development of the existing client representation team (consultants, senior consultants, experts)
Leadership and consulting of construction projects from conception to completion
Advising clients on client representation matters as well as leading interdisciplinary project teams
Integration of knowledge, benchmark, data, and trend analyses into innovative client solutions
Qualifications:
Experienced professional in client representation with a strong network in the real estate industry
Digital affinity and innovative spirit to further develop the existing service portfolio
Strong sales flair for acquiring new client mandates and expanding the network
Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
Recognised bachelor’s or master’s degree as well as several years of relevant professional experience in the construction and/or real estate environment
