Your Tasks
- In the first year, you will be assigned to one of our regional centers; in the second year, you will work in an AMEOS facility
- You will be specifically involved in projects and support the management in operational and strategic business
- You will learn the methods and tools for managing a hospital and work interdisciplinarily on strategic and operational core processes
- You prepare presentations and decision templates to initiate project-related measures and present the results to various committees
- You advance important topics and take responsibility for projects in various areas
Your Profile
- You have completed a degree in economics (Master's degree), ideally with a focus on health economics/hospital management, or have a Bachelor's degree with completed vocational training
- You are interested in the healthcare sector and motivated to take on long-term responsibility
- You have a pronounced entrepreneurial mindset as well as a structured, goal- and result-oriented way of working
- Strong communication and teamwork skills characterize you
- You convince through high personal commitment and flexibility
