Freight Forwarding Agent, m, f, d, Full-time 100%

Your tasks

• You independently and responsibly organise and process international sea freight shipments from A to Z
• You are the competent contact person for our customers, freight forwarders, shipping companies, customs authorities and maintain regular contact with our worldwide partners
• You actively contribute to quality assurance measures and the optimisation of our internal processes

Your profile

• You have completed training as a freight forwarding agent and already have industry experience in sea freight
• You are a confident communicator, a team player and provide our customers with service at the highest level
• You impress with good MS Office skills and communicate fluently in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
