About the job
As a bridge-builder, you will find a motivated team here as well as a responsible and varied job in healthcare.
Spitex Nidwalden in Stans is the public Spitex organisation in the canton. The lively and very well-organised operation with around 160 employees cares for clients throughout the canton. High-quality services, respectful interaction with the people being cared for, and a warm and professional team culture among each other are important pillars of the organisation. On their behalf, we are looking for a committed and professionally convincing
leader from finance and accounting with overarching process understanding
(as a member of the executive management and deputy to the chairperson of the executive management)
In this exciting role, you are responsible on the one hand for finance and accounting including annual financial statements, budgeting, and reporting, with 2 part-time employees. On the other hand, you lead the administration (including IT), where you are also supported by a strong team. You manage the finances, develop controlling and administrative processes further, thereby creating transparency and optimised workflows. As a person who thinks and acts holistically, you proactively contribute to the executive management and thus help to continuously develop the organisation.
Your solid practical experience in finance and accounting (including several years of confidence in closing accounts) forms the basis. Leadership skills and a pronounced process understanding in administration are relevant, ideally from a similar role; industry experience is not a must. You also have appropriate education and training in finance and accounting (business economist FH/HF, expert in accounting & controlling, fiduciary expert, professional certificate in accounting/fiduciary, or similar). Personally, you are honest, open, and empathetic. You maintain a participative approach within the executive management, promote and support your employees, and contribute optimally to leadership with your clarity and goal orientation. Very good ERP and Excel skills are assumed.
Does this versatile and design-capable role at a well-established Spitex organisation appeal to you? Then we look forward to your application.
