You assist in leading our housekeeping team

You monitor and check the work in the rooms, apartments and public areas

You introduce and train new employees in cooperation with the Head of Housekeeping

You support the Head of Housekeeping in optimising and defining workflows

You respond to the wishes of our guests and ensure a pleasant stay

You assist our housekeeping team with daily cleaning duties as needed

You have completed vocational training as a hotel specialist or have professional experience in a comparable role

You enjoy your work and bring a positive attitude

You lead your employees independently and responsibly

You enjoy working in an international team and keep an overview even in stressful situations

You are an open and resilient personality with a high awareness of quality and service

You have good German skills and can communicate well in English
