• Technical responsibility for QI/FATCA/CRS and customer tax compliance for VPBLI and the VP Bank group companies
• Regulatory monitoring for QI/FATCA/CRS and customer tax compliance for VPBLI and the VP Bank group companies
• Representation of VP Bank in working groups of the FL Banking Association
• Conducting controls within the onboarding, review and event-driven review processes
• Implementation of internal control system (ICS)
• Processing and responding to enquiries regarding QI/FATCA/CRS and customer tax compliance
• Conducting 2LOD controls for the annual reporting
• Support in the technical implementation of international tax topics
• Creation and continuous revision of fact sheets, guidelines, process descriptions, work instructions, customer forms and group standards

• Several years of professional experience in the field of tax compliance (QI, FATCA, AIA) as well as in supporting business areas regarding tax compliance are required
• Avaloq user knowledge is an advantage
• Quick comprehension, an independent and solution-oriented working style as well as the ability to develop and implement complex topics in practical concepts
• Precise and reliable working style
• High commitment and resilience
• Very good communication skills
• Confident German as well as very good oral and written English skills
