Our Mission

The political municipality of Fällanden operates the Sunnetal Senior Center. The Sunnetal Senior Center offers a home to 32 residents where they experience appreciation, security, and social interaction. Our gastronomic offerings are also tailored to the needs and wishes of the residents. The public Sunnetal Bistro with garden is a popular, intergenerational meeting place visited by a diverse clientele – whether for a "coffee meeting" or lunch. The Sunnetal Bistro is also booked for club and family events, and our catering team offers catering services.

Our Expectations – Your Opportunity

For the gastronomy sector, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement you as a temporary service staff (hourly pool employees) with a flexible workload

Your Tasks

Ensuring a welcoming culture and a pleasant atmosphere for our residents and day guests
Professional, friendly service of our guests in the bistro (including garden) as well as on the floors
Assisting with catering orders, events, and banquet service
Daily responsibility and cross-departmental collaboration
Compliance with quality and hygiene regulations
Cleaning tasks
Accurate cash handling and daily closing
Shifts of half or full days, Monday – Sunday, occasionally in the evening

Your Profile

Several years of experience in service or gastronomy; experience in a similar environment is an advantage
Time flexibility and enjoyment of independent work
Service-oriented attitude and discretion
Understanding and openness towards older people
Good knowledge of German and Swiss German
