The essence of your role:

• Competent care and support of our patients
• Ensuring care quality by implementing the respective standards
• Coordination of care in interprofessional collaboration
• Active participation in diagnostic, therapeutic and nursing measures
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, nursing professionals and other occupational groups

The basis of your performance:

• Training as a Health Specialist EFZ and experience in an acute hospital in Switzerland
• Commitment and initiative in contact with our patients and employees from other areas
• Independent, responsible and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of demanding, complex and varied care situations
• Flexibility, teamwork and willingness to take on all shifts
