About the job
As part of a cross-level qualification concept, we at the HSG Writing Lab are developing an integrative writing support. We offer coaching, advice, and professional guidance to students in individual writing processes at all levels. In doing so, we work closely with lecturers and programme coordinators.
Your tasks
- Support during the open writing consultation in the library on Tuesdays from 5 to 7 pm as a peer writing consultant
- Support at events and workshops of the HSG Writing Lab by editing and providing working materials, assisting with organisation, etc.
- Representation of the Writing Lab in writing consultations and in courses and information events
- Participation in the workshops of the HSG Writing Lab to obtain the certificate: Writing Consultant
Your profile
- German at native speaker level or bilingual, very good English skills are an advantage
- Advanced Bachelor’s or beginning Master’s studies
- Solid knowledge of academic writing
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in advising students
- Collaboration in the development of innovative teaching and learning materials
- Willingness to obtain the "Peer Writing Tutor" certificate
