This is what the position offers you
- As an experienced Scrum Master, you promote the agile process and ensure that your teams understand and apply the Scrum principles and practices
- You confidently moderate the Scrum meetings and ensure a smooth flow of Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- You support the Product Owners in managing the Product Backlogs and prioritizing tasks, and accompany the teams in their self-organization and continuous development
- You identify and eliminate obstacles early to continuously optimize and advance the agile process
- Furthermore, you act as an agile coach, promote communication and collaboration within the team, and create a culture of trust and openness
This is what you bring to the position
- You have a completed degree in computer science, organizational development, or a comparable technical field – complemented by several years of professional experience
- You bring 2-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an agile software development environment
- You have already gained initial practical experience with the SAFe framework
- Optionally, you have additional experience as a Product Owner or Release Train Engineer (RTE)
- You are a team-oriented personality with an initiative, holistic, and forward-thinking mindset. Your pronounced coordination skills as well as your structured and independent working style distinguish you
- As an "Agilist by heart," you bring an appreciative attitude, empathy, and a fine sense for people. You succeed in promoting a learning organization beyond the team
- You communicate confidently in German and English – both orally and in writing

V-ZUG Software Engineering is a division within the Technology Department, which is responsible for the software of household appliances in the kitchen and textile sector in close collaboration with innovation development, product management, IT, production, and other departments. In addition, we drive the development of digital channels such as V-ZUG HOME, V-ZUG Diagnosis, or VZUG.COM.
As a software team, we are involved in product development from the very beginning and accompany the products throughout their entire lifecycle.
