Your profile

Commercial basic training, preferably in freight forwarding
Practical experience in international freight forwarding
You communicate fluently in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
You have a good understanding of numbers and calculations
High commitment and willingness to learn new things
Customer-oriented and proactive working style
Impeccable reputation (criminal record & debt enforcement extract)

Your tasks

You report directly to the Head of International Transport and are the contact person for customers and partners. You are primarily responsible for processing and handling import valuables shipments by air freight and national and international truck transports as well as cross-trade shipments. This includes the following

Tasks:

Contact person for customer inquiries or complaints and development of solution proposals
Written and oral communication with customers, partners, and airlines
Import and export customs clearance in the E-Dec/NCTS and PASSAR systems
Preparation of transport documents
Ensuring order placement with the truck dispatch
Timely invoicing of shipments
