Job Description

• Develop and monitor annual budgets in collaboration with management and the various clinic teams.
• Analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results.
• Identify and explain variances between forecasts and actuals, propose actions to optimise profitability.
• Implement dashboards and relevant performance indicators.
• Provide ad hoc analyses to facilitate decision-making.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of financial processes.
• Collaborate with department heads and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare annual statistics (OFS, ITAR_K).
