We are a small but dynamic and innovative organisation with a mandate for outpatient care and domestic services in the municipality of Würenlos. It is very important to us that the nearly 7,900 inhabitants of Würenlos can stay at home for as long as possible and be well cared for. We place great value on our clients being able to build a solid relationship of trust with us and therefore ensure personnel continuity in our care and support.

To complement our nursing team, we are looking for a motivated Health Specialist EFZ (40-100%) from 01.10.2026 or by arrangement, also welcoming those re-entering the profession.

Your Core Tasks

• Professional basic and treatment care of our clients, including their biography and relatives.
• Implementation of medically prescribed interventions.
• You work independently and are at the same time an empathetic and supportive team member.
• You support other professional groups with your knowledge.

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (or equivalent with SRK recognition).
• Career starters and those re-entering the profession are warmly welcome.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas is an advantage: Perigon, wound management, medical technology.
• Independent and responsible way of working.
• High professional and social competence.
• Enjoyment in working with people of all ages.
• Interest in complex, rapidly changing situations.
• Team spirit and flexibility.
• Good IT user and German language skills.
• Willingness to work early and late shifts as well as weekends.
• Driving licence category B or courage to ride an e-bike.
