What you can achieve

• You will become part of a dynamic finance team operating in the growing business field SCG (Sensors, Communication & Ground)
• In the role of Finance Business Partner, you are jointly responsible for the financial management and transparency of various business segments, each responsible for their own P&L. You act as a sparring partner for the Business Managers
• You support the further development of Business Area Controlling and are also active conceptually
• You work on high-quality business cases and ensure financial governance during the offer phase
• Together with those responsible for orders, you ensure transparent and targeted cost centre controlling
• Together with the Business Managers, you analyse and comment on the results, prepare the forecast and financial planning
• You ensure qualitatively flawless financial closings in your area of responsibility

What you bring with you

• Higher business education (FH/University) and/or a specialised further education such as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma
• Several years of experience in controlling as well as in a complex and diversified corporate and customer environment
• Very good knowledge of SAP FI/CO (additional modules advantageous) and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Responsible and economical way of thinking and acting
• Communicative, resilient and motivated personality with high self-responsibility, as well as very good analytical, conceptual and communication skills
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written (level B2)
• Willingness to travel to other RUAG locations in Switzerland
