You have successfully completed your Matura and want to start your professional career right away? Do you want to apply your analytical skills in practice and gain valuable insights into the exciting world of online trade? Then you are exactly right with us!

We offer you the prospect of taking your first steps in the working world as a team member alongside your studies, gaining valuable experience in e-commerce, and developing both professionally and personally. To get to know our processes, tools, and departments better, you will start before your studies with a higher workload, which we will flexibly adjust at the beginning of your studies so that you can optimally combine education and work. The dynamic development of our online shop offers you the opportunity to gain versatile experience and get to know different areas over the four years, instead of being limited to a fixed focus from the start. As an SME, we offer you the chance to work flexibly, take on various tasks, and thus develop a solid understanding of the world of e-commerce.

Possible areas of responsibility

New Business Development

• Participation in diverse projects in business development
• Analysis and research on market trends and developments
• Preparation of decision-making bases for key players
• Regular data analyses to further develop our sales and assortment strategies

Sales and Marketing Management

• Planning and assistance with sales-promoting measures
• Analysis and optimization of product prices (product pricing)
• Management of the GONSER Outlet Store

Operations Management

• Assistance with exciting projects in sourcing and supply chain
• Support in collaboration with international suppliers
• Optimization of inventory levels (liquidation decisions)
• Creation of optimal shipping plans
• Support in the operational daily business in purchasing

What is important to us

• You have (almost) completed your Matura and plan a part-time degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or comparable fields
• You are passionate about e-commerce, enthusiastic about economic contexts, and have always wanted to know what is behind a successful online shop
• Your pronounced flair for numbers and your strong analytical thinking characterize you
• You can critically question facts and like to contribute your own ideas
• You have good written and spoken communication skills in German and English
