As a Property Accountant and Property Management Clerk, you contribute your expertise, work independently, and at the same time have a team by your side you can rely on.
The position is to be filled from 01.11.2026 or by arrangement as a permanent position with a workload between 60-100%.
- You manage the property accounting (including debtor and creditor management) and ensure the smooth running of ongoing accounting.
- You prepare heating and ancillary cost statements and ensure correct and timely processing.
- You monitor incoming payments and reliably handle dunning with the necessary tact.
- You assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and keep an overview of the figures.
- You take on various administrative tasks and thereby support property management in daily business.
- You handle enquiries from tenants, owners, and authorities and are a competent contact person.
- You conduct correspondence with tenants, owners, craftsmen, and authorities, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- You are an important contact person for owners, tenants, craftsmen, authorities, and caretakers both in writing and verbally.
- You actively contribute, think along, and get involved when it comes to designing processes efficiently and customer-oriented.
Requirements
- Successfully completed basic training as a commercial clerk EFZ or equivalent training in the real estate sector
- Industry knowledge is essential
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Independent, careful, and structured way of working
- Confident handling of MS Office and experience with Immotop2 from W&W
- Service-oriented, organisational talent, initiative, and professional manners
