Do you have experience in accounts payable, enjoy working with SAP, and want to actively participate in the digitalisation of financial processes?

Our client is an established and growing company in a future-oriented industry. To strengthen the finance team, we are looking for a reliable and proactive individual as an accounts payable accountant.

Your tasks

• Independent handling of ongoing accounts payable accounting
• Monitoring and coordination of invoice approvals
• Posting and coding of invoices with and without purchase order reference
• Performing the three-way match and reconciling purchase invoices with the internal ordering system
• Formal verification of invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Processing reminders and clarifying open issues
• Resolving invoice discrepancies with internal departments and external suppliers
• Managing the shared department mailbox and promptly handling incoming enquiries
• Participating in digitalisation projects and optimisation of accounts payable processes

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• At least two years of professional experience in finance or accounting
• Practical experience in accounts payable is an advantage
• Good SAP knowledge
• Independent, precise and proactive working style
• Resilient and reliable personality with the necessary assertiveness
• Very good German skills at C1 level
• French and English skills are an advantage
