Your Tasks
Vocational Training
- Responsibility for recruitment, training and supervision of commercial apprentices
- Introduction, advice and training of new and existing practical trainers
- Management and implementation of measures to achieve new and existing training objectives
- Leadership of the working group "vocational education" with around 10 trainers from various professions
- Responsibility for recurring apprentice events for all apprenticeship professions, for Future Day as well as active participation in events, other projects and special assignments
Civil Service
- Overall responsibility for the civil service system
- Management of all personnel-related processes from recruitment to exit including deployment agreements, extensions, registrations, expense reports, notification forms and quarterly invoices
- Advising line managers during recruitment, supervision and separation as well as in the creation of new job descriptions or adjustment of existing job descriptions
- Conducting target and performance discussions with civil service personnel as well as initiating measures and deployment terminations
- Ensuring compliance with official requirements and taking any necessary corrective measures
Your Profile
- Commercial training or similar education
- Passed vocational trainer course
- Several years of experience in a comparable role in vocational training and civil service
- Enjoy working with apprentices and civil service personnel and with the responsible authorities
- Communicative skills
- Precise working method
