Internship Social Work Project Work 60% (Annual or Training Internship)
For the Projects and Education department, we offer a
annual internship / training internship (2 or 3 years) for social work students.
The department carries out integration projects for various target groups.
You will work on three projects:
"with me" sponsorship, a mentoring project for children from socio-economically disadvantaged families.
ON THE WAY WITH GERMAN, a mentoring project where 1:1 tandems are formed.
Femmes Tische, a project that brings women with a migration background into conversation with each other.
Your tasks
- Conducting conversations
- Supporting sponsorships and tandems
- Collaborating in the development and implementation of training sessions
- Conceptual further development of the projects
- Organizing events and further training
- Tasks in public relations and administration

What we offer you
- The internship with a scope of 60% starts at the earliest in November 2025 or by arrangement and lasts 8-12 months. The training internship lasts 2 or 3 years.
- The annual internship salary is gross CHF 1,180 at 60% per month (plus 13th month salary). The training internship salary is in the 1st year: CHF 1,680, in the 2nd year: CHF 1,980, in the 3rd year CHF 2,280 (always per month 60% plus 13th month salary).
