What drives you

• Responsible for the calculation of complex projects in the field of underground construction within a bidding team led by an experienced project manager
• Development of calculation bases including execution variants and project optimisations
• Construction process and scheduling
• Supplier and subcontractor enquiries
• Preparation of cost estimates and quotations
• Support of the supervisor in contract negotiations
• Price calculations for supplementary offers of construction sites in execution
• Preparation of internal offers with civil engineering and special deep foundation construction

Why you succeed

• Degree and qualification: You have a degree as a civil engineer FH or a comparable education and already have knowledge in the field of underground construction.
• Interest in calculation: Even if you have not yet worked professionally as an estimator, you are warmly welcome.
• IT skills: You are an experienced, skilled user of MS Office. Experience with BAUBIT or a comparable calculation programme is an advantage. The same applies to scheduling with TILOS.
• Working method: You are used to working in a team, think analytically and networked, and handle the tasks assigned to you independently and efficiently.
• Language skills: Good German skills are required. If you also have knowledge of French and/or Italian, this is very welcome.
