Your mission

- Regular checks and verification of the quality and quantity of work of employees in their area
- Handling guarantees, drafting complex correspondence and telephone contacts with our insured clients and healthcare providers
What you bring
- Professional experience in team leadership is essential
- Strong oral and written skills in German
- Good knowledge of health insurance
- Good command of IT tools, excellent French writing skills
