Isler & Pedrazzini AG is a dynamic, leading Swiss patent and trademark law firm in Zurich. Our highly qualified teams of attorneys, together with expert administration, precisely address intellectual property law for our internationally active clients.
To strengthen our Patents and Designs department, we are looking for a patent attorney with a university degree in physics or electrical engineering to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your main tasks
You will independently advise our clients from home and abroad on legal and strategic questions of intellectual property law, mainly in the field of patent and design law.
- Assessment of the protectability of inventions
- National and/or international patent applications
- Conducting infringement, nullity and opposition proceedings
- Freedom-to-operate activities
Your qualifications
You have
- recently successfully passed the European Qualifying Examination or are about to take it
- a completed degree in physics or electrical engineering
- excellent German and English skills
- a willingness to act pragmatically and service-oriented
