Your Area of Responsibility

Execution of measurement and testing orders according to customer requirements, specifications and deadlines
Planning and preparation of measurements including selection and provision of suitable measuring and testing equipment
Calibration, inspection and professional operation of measuring systems
Evaluation, interpretation and documentation of measurement results as well as preparation of test reports
Ensuring correct SAP feedback (posting of production orders)
Analysis of measurement deviations and participation in the processing of error and complaint cases
Collaboration in connector and cable assembly as well as production-related support
Training of internal and temporary employees
Active participation in continuous improvements (CIP) and implementation of lean principles (5S, MUDA)

Your Profile

Technical basic training, ideally in electronics, measurement technology or production
Several years of experience in assembly and/or measurement technology, preferably in a production-related environment
Experience in handling measuring instruments
Good skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings
Knowledge of lean management and its practical application is an advantage
High technical understanding and precise working style
Strong quality awareness and economical thinking
Team-oriented, communicative and resilient personality with high social competence
Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working method
Willingness to actively share knowledge and take responsibility within the team
Good IT skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are a plus
Flexibility and willingness to work overtime and shifts
