Director Business Development French-speaking Switzerland

About the job

• Direction and development of RUAG's French-speaking Switzerland strategy, participation in the strategic orientation of RUAG MRO Holding AG
• Management of business development activities in French-speaking Switzerland
• Management and maintenance of relationships with stakeholders in the Swiss security market (focus on French-speaking Switzerland), with an emphasis on political bodies at national and cantonal levels, associations, interest groups, etc.
• Consolidation of existing relationships and creation of new relationships with assigned key partners
• Representation of RUAG MRO Holding AG at conferences and trade fairs, as well as participation in the organisation and implementation of events related to French-speaking Switzerland
• Support and coordination of Business Segment activities in French-speaking Switzerland
• Support and advice to all operational units of RUAG MRO Holding AG on strategic issues relating to French-speaking Switzerland.

• University or higher education degree: Master of Science in Business Administration, additional training in marketing or sales
• Integrity and a natural charisma
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written), professional proficiency in French and German
• Knowledge of market trends, competitors and new requirements in the Swiss security sector
• Military career as an officer, an additional asset.
