Your Tasks

Professional, individual care and support according to established care guidelines
Respectful and loving accompaniment of residents, with their dignity and self-determination at the center
Participation in reports, team meetings, and further training
Ensuring complete, professional, and differentiated care
Care documentation in Care Coach
Active participation in the RAI assessment
Taking over daily or shift responsibility

What You Bring

Training as a Health Specialist and professional experience, preferably in long-term care
You are committed and motivated in the nursing profession and gladly share your knowledge with colleagues and trainees
You are independent, competent, and proactive thinking is important to you
Empathetic support of residents is as natural to you as effective work organization and appreciative teamwork
Ideally, you already have knowledge of RAI/RUG and CareCoach
Good oral and written German skills
