About the job

The Sennhof offers a home for over 120 people in the modernised historic building as well as the new "Diamant" building with the large park area, of whom 40 people live in the spacious protected residential area. For us 220 employees, individual care and support, a varied catering offer, as well as a diverse range of cultural and social events are very important. To strengthen our night watch team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative personality to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your main tasks

• Personnel, organisational and professional leadership of the night watch team
• Responsible for the implementation of needs-based and professional care and support
• Responsible for adequate and target group-appropriate information flow
• Practical work in care and support

Our requirements

• Education at tertiary level (HF/DNI/DNII/AKP/PsyKP), ideally further training as team leader
• Good leadership, social, methodological and professional competence
• Strong communication skills in dealing with elderly people
• Good IT skills, ideally experience with RAI/RUG

• Annual salary at 100% CHF 80,000 to 105,000 plus 5 weeks and from the age of 50 6 weeks holiday
