We operate a trading company for wood and wood-based materials with state-of-the-art logistics infrastructure at 3 locations, powerful sawmills, and a planing mill with surface treatment.

To support our sawmill in Worb, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an interested and motivated person as

Tool Sharpener (80-100%)

In the sharpening department, which is attached to the Worb production, you can expect an interesting and varied activity with development potential. Comprehensive training in the area of responsibility is guaranteed.

What you can achieve

• Provision of high-quality cutting tools for the needs of the Worb production (band saws, circular saws, chainsaws, and planer knives)
• Ensuring and further developing the cutting quality and performance
• Procurement of cutting tools, consumables, and spare parts in consultation with the supervisor
• Participation in repair and maintenance work

How you can impress us

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a wood industry specialist EFZ or have training in the metal processing industry
• You have already gained several years of professional experience in a similar position
• You have MS Office skillsYou work independently, autonomously, and conscientiously
• You master the German language in spoken and written form
• You are a "doer and team player with enthusiasm and heart"
