Your tasks
- Support and further development of central applications in the area of fleet management and leasing
- Ensuring stable, secure and economical operation
- Planning and coordinating releases, maintenance and system adjustments
- Monitoring availability, quality and performance of the supported solutions
- Collecting, analysing and prioritising requirements from the specialist departments
- Developing solution approaches together with internal and external partners
- Organising and moderating workshops and coordination meetings
- Supporting with demanding disruptions and problem situations
- Coordinating error analyses with internal and external partners
- Advising users on technical questions
Your profile
- Education or degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in application management, service management or a comparable function
- Experience in supporting and further developing business applications
- Understanding of business processes and their digital support
- Experience in collaboration with specialist departments as well as external partners and suppliers
- Knowledge in leasing, fleet, finance or mobility environment is an advantage
- Understanding of ITIL V4/V5; certificates are desirable
- Fluent English
