Your main tasks:

• Operating and monitoring technical systems in the HVAC sector
• Regularly checking and assessing the objects and building infrastructure and reporting any deficiencies
• Conducting fault analyses and corresponding measures
• Coordinating and carrying out inspection, maintenance, and repair work
• Accompanying and monitoring internal and external suppliers and craftsmen
• Receiving and independently processing inquiries as the contact person for the customer

Your profile:

• Completed technical training (EFZ) or training in facility management with technical further education and several years of experience in facility management with a clear focus on building technology
• Further education in ventilation or as a maintenance specialist is an advantage
• Several years of experience in managing complex building technology systems is essential
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Experience in dealing with internal and external customers/suppliers
• Driving license category B is an advantage
