Head of Finance and Corporate Services (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF120,000 - 130,000Role:
In this role, you will lead the Finance and Services department of an energy supplier at our ROCKEN partner. You will be responsible for the financial, personnel, and administrative foundations of the company. Together with your team, you will develop structures, processes, and services further and help shape the strategic realignment.
Responsibilities:
You lead and develop the Finance and Services department and are responsible for budget, results, and quality.
You ensure the support functions in IT and OT, data protection, human resources, real estate, and administration. This also includes process management, quality management, risk management, insurance, and contract management.
You actively contribute to the corporate strategy and implement resolutions from the board of directors and management on time.
You lead demanding projects across departmental boundaries and continuously develop the company’s structures and processes.
Qualifications:
You have completed a business management qualification with a focus on finance, controlling, or accounting. Alternatively, you bring a comparable qualification with solid practical experience.
With several years of leadership experience, you know how to lead employees cooperatively, goal-oriented, and integratively.
You are confident with modern technologies and interested in digitalisation, data analysis, and artificial intelligence.
