Temporary leadership - an exciting year with a motivated team
Would you like to take on a challenging leadership role for one year, lead an experienced team, and get to know a diverse specialist area at the interface between Swiss and European health insurance? Then this cover position is your opportunity.

From 1 January 2027 or by agreement, you will take over the management of the Customer / Registration team in Olten until mid-December 2027.

Together with your team (13 employees / 1 team leader), you will ensure the independent and comprehensive management of this specialist area during the cover period. This includes responsibility for the substantive, qualitative, and process-specific handling of files, the examination and decision regarding entitlement, as well as the execution and monitoring of registrations. You will communicate in writing and by telephone with private individuals, domestic and foreign health insurers, and service providers, and carry out clarifications with the responsible authorities in the respective EU/EFTA countries. In addition, you will process requests for administrative assistance and bear the process and application responsibility in your area. Besides leading the team, you will contribute to strategic and organisational issues.

You have completed commercial or business administration training and bring proven leadership experience as well as relevant professional experience, ideally in the social insurance or health insurance environment. With your good, especially oral, knowledge of German and French - ideally also Italian and English - as well as your confident PC user skills, you will advise our customers competently and courteously. You quickly familiarise yourself with an existing team and ongoing business and convince with strong organisational and analytical skills, high initiative, and a sense of responsibility. Your communication skills and enjoyment of working with various internal and external stakeholders complete your profile.
