To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Project Manager / Site Manager in the field of Interior Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Customer consultation as well as independent management and supervision of construction and renovation projects
• Leadership and coordination of contractors, planners, and specialists involved in the construction
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Conducting site meetings and ongoing communication with clients and other project participants
• Monitoring construction execution according to plans, standards, and legal requirements
• Preparation of construction descriptions
• Order processing
• Acquisition of new contracts and building long-term customer relationships

Profile

• Several years of professional experience in site management
• Basic training as a draughtsperson EFZ in the field of interior architecture or a comparable qualification
• Confident use of MS Office, CAD programmes advantageous
• Strong organisational talent and entrepreneurial thinking
• High personal responsibility and an independent, structured working style
• Leadership and communication skills, team-oriented personality with assertiveness
• Resilience, flexibility, and solution-oriented
• Enthusiasm for renovation projects
