- Strategic development and expansion of the client base
- Networking & events
- Project acquisition of executive search assignments
- Project management and responsibility for the recruiting process
- Close collaboration within the project team (client, recruiter & consultant)
- Strategy advisory (organisational development & succession planning)
- Budget responsibility
- Travel within German-speaking Switzerland 1 day/week
Your profile
- Master’s degree
- Ideal age 35-45
- Proven sales success in the B2B environment, ideally in executive search or personnel consulting
- Confident, persuasive manner at decision-maker level
- Existing network and entrepreneurial thinking
- Fluent German (native) & English
- Digital native
- Regionally based in Basel
- Healthy sense of humour
