The Finance and IT Management provides its expertise in the financial management of the company, purchasing, and assets as well as IT services.

Mission:

• You define, implement, and control the information systems security policies, in line with group requirements and legal obligations.
• In collaboration with technical teams and our service providers, you participate in the evolution of application and infrastructure architecture from a cybersecurity perspective.
• Responsible for IT security devices, you oversee their operation, maintenance, and optimization, whether they are internal or external.
• Through continuous monitoring, you maintain an optimal level of protection and manage risks related to information systems.
• Through active technological and regulatory monitoring, you anticipate threats and propose innovative solutions.
• You closely collaborate with your cybersecurity colleagues in charge of OT cybersecurity and the SOC.
• As a promoter of cybersecurity culture, you coordinate and lead training and awareness actions for employees.

Profile:

• Holder of a HES engineering degree in computer science or telecommunications, you have ideally complemented your training with a specialization in cybersecurity.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in information systems security and 5 years in the IT field.
• You master IT systems (user work environment, cloud, network, hosting) and excel in managing security aspects; you are familiar with ITIL processes and outsourcing practices.
• You are comfortable with Microsoft technologies (M365, D365, Azure, ...) and with cybersecurity aspects in the fields of data and artificial intelligence.
• Fluent in French and English, you demonstrate teamwork spirit, availability, flexibility, and good stress resistance.
• You combine analytical and synthetic thinking with a great capacity for listening, organization, and delegation, while being comfortable in your professional interactions with both business and technical specialists.
