Head of Payroll and ERP / SAP System 80%
Your Tasks
- Leadership as well as professional and technical development of an initially two-person, committed payroll team
- Taking on a key professional role in the upcoming SAP/ERP project and
- Responsibility for sub-projects within this overarching project
- Active participation in the design and further development of the SAP payroll solution as well as the associated processes and systems (First & Second Level Support)
- Responsibility for a demanding payroll organisation with around 8,000 employees
- Active involvement in the planned centralisation project of the company’s HR and the development into an HR Service Centre
- Prospectively, there is the possibility to expand the span of control as part of the organisational development
- Willingness to shape the further development of structures, processes and the future orientation of payroll (automation and optimisation)
- Professional contact person for payroll issues and close cooperation with the relevant HR departments and project managers
Your Profile
- Advanced professional training (Master’s or Bachelor’s degree) in HR, payroll, social insurance or comparable further education
- Several years of relevant practical and leadership experience in payroll within a larger company is a must-have
- Extensive expertise in all wage, social insurance and financial accounting topics
- "Expert" in SAP (Payroll, Organisational Management, Time Management) as well as the Microsoft environment
- High degree of personal responsibility and willingness to shape as well as openness and competence in dealing with change processes (Change Management)
The Company Offers
- Employment conditions: 42 h/week, with home office option
- Holidays: 5 weeks, 6 weeks from age 55
- Benefits: Pension fund: 60/40, Long-term disability/sick pay: 80-100% depending on years of service
