About the job

The Swiss Red Cross Canton Aargau is committed with 130 employees and around 950 volunteers in the areas of relief, social integration and education. We advocate for people in need in the Canton of Aargau based on the Red Cross principles.

In the decentralised regional offices, we mainly arrange medical-therapeutic journeys between clients and our volunteers. Additionally, the four regional offices are responsible for other regional services of the Swiss Red Cross Canton Aargau.

Clerk / Driver Service 80%

Your tasks

• You ensure that our driver service functions reliably and coordinate journeys with foresight and organisational talent.
• You maintain close contact with our customers, volunteers and other stakeholders.
• You plan, coordinate and administer the assignments of our volunteer drivers.
• You support the Baden regional office with your organisational skills in courses, events and administrative processes.
• You bring structure to data, reports, claims and dunning processes, thus making an important contribution to smooth operations.

Your profile

• You treat different people with appreciation, professionalism and a strong service orientation.
• You communicate confidently in German and keep an overview even in a busy workday.
• You enjoy organising, work reliably and take responsibility for your tasks.
• You are resilient, flexible and can act calmly and solution-oriented even in hectic situations.

Your qualifications

• Commercial basic training or several years of experience in the administrative field
• Good MS Office user skills
• Experience in scheduling and customer support is an advantage
