Your Tasks
- As a Workplace Engineer, you actively drive the further development of our digital work environment and ensure the smooth operation of modern workplace solutions.
- You optimise IT security in close collaboration with our cybersecurity team.
- Installation and configuration of desktop virtualisation solutions are part of your daily tasks.
- You automate processes using PowerShell, thereby increasing efficiency. - Planning and implementation of hardware and software rollouts.
- You take on 2nd/3rd level support in the client area and actively participate in projects and subprojects.
Your Profile
- You have completed an IT education (FH/HF or equivalent).
- You bring at least five years of experience in larger IT environments with a focus on client management.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Group Policies (MDM/GPO) as well as good knowledge of Azure and Intune distinguish you.
- You have experience with SCCM/MEMCM as well as in the installation and administration of virtualisation solutions, ideally VMware vSphere.
- Very good PowerShell scripting skills and solid know-how in the ITSM environment complete your professional profile.
- You have very good German language skills (C1) and work customer-, process- and solution-oriented; Microsoft Windows certifications are an advantage.
