About the job

The Waldheim Foundation offers people with intellectual, physical and psychological disabilities a variety of residential and day-structure places in six residential homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 220 residents.

With immediate effect or by arrangement, we are looking for a:

Housekeeping Staff, fixed-term until 31.12.2026
(80 - 100%)

Your tasks:

Independent cleaning of residential groups and public areas
Active participation in all areas of Central Services (cleaning, laundry)
Attractive working conditions (e.g. six weeks holiday, and more)

What you bring:

Completed training as a housekeeper EFZ or many years of experience in housekeeping
Very good German skills, spoken and written
Helpful, considerate attitude towards residents
Independence, a high degree of flexibility and willingness to work weekends/public holidays
Team spirit, sense of responsibility and humour
