With Body’n Brain, Thilo and Marco have developed a unique, holistic approach to support children in a cause-oriented way. The primary aim is to optimally network the brain and enhance its performance through coordinative exercises. Fun & play are at the forefront, and the rest almost follows naturally. Therefore, the programme is also described as the most modern and effective method for resolving school-related problems. Thilo had a carefree childhood and grew up as the youngest son among three siblings in a farming family in the countryside. Initially, he completed a solid education: farmer followed by a university of applied sciences degree to become a state-certified technician for agriculture. With this excellent education in hand and a very large farm, he no longer wanted anything to do with it and left the family business. Afterwards, he went through many professional stages from sales, business consulting to seminar organisation and conducting his own seminars in the DACH region and Eastern Europe. He settled in further education, as it strongly influenced him personally. He met his business partner and friend Marco about 15 years ago. From then on, the journey and development of the current body’n brain method ultimately began.
