Cleaning Staff and Caretaker (All-rounder) 100% (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of all indoor and outdoor areas, especially offices, entrance areas, corridors, stairwells/lift, break rooms, sanitary facilities as well as window surfaces
- Execution of all caretaker duties in building and grounds maintenance, including green area care, winter service, operation of machines and deputising for the caretaker
- Assistance with periodic and annual cleaning of production halls
- Proper separation of recyclables as well as organisation and execution of waste disposal
- Procurement, management and maintenance of cleaning materials, equipment and machines
- Carrying out minor repairs, maintenance and upkeep work on buildings and facilities
- Working with lifting platforms and other technical aids (after appropriate instruction)
Profile
- Experience in cleaning, caretaker service, building services or a comparable all-rounder function
- Manual dexterity as well as practical experience in minor repairs and maintenance work
- Experience in an industrial environment is an advantage but not essential
- Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
- Flexibility and willingness to take on different tasks
- Sense of order, cleanliness and organisation
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Driving licence category B required
- Training (e.g. building cleaner EFZ, craft training) is an advantage but not a prerequisite
