About us Guardex offers a secure hosting solution for payroll with Abacus in a state-of-the-art, sovereign cloud that complies with Swiss standards.

Our goal: to enable our customers to manage their HR and payroll processes securely and efficiently.

We are looking for an expert to accompany this digital change who is fluent in French, German and English.

Your tasks

• Implementation & Configuration: Introducing Abacus in a secure cloud environment with seamless integration into business processes.

• Consulting & Support: Providing high-quality customer care by adapting functions to their specific requirements.

• Collaboration & Project Management: Close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams on diverse, practical projects with systematic follow-up.

• Mobility: On-site deployment with occasional travel in Romandy (job location: Lausanne).

Your profile

• Technical and professional expertise: Higher education in computer science, engineering or a related technical field. Proven experience in ERP project management and solid knowledge of Abacus applications for HR and payroll.

• Current knowledge: Good understanding of hosting environments, sovereign cloud requirements and strict data protection standards.

• Language skills: Fluent command of French, German and English – essential for working with international customers.

• Personal qualities: Structured working style, accuracy and a strong service orientation to develop practical solutions.
