THIS IS WHAT YOU DO WITH US

• Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to IFRS, Swiss GAAP and OR for JobCloud AG and the subsidiaries in Austria and Portugal, with gradually increasing responsibility
• Preparation and support of the external audit
• Taking over the monthly Swiss payroll accounting on request, including mutations and settlement of all social insurances
• Automation of finance and payroll processes, also with AI tools and AI agents
• Documentation and further development of the internal control system (ICS) and processes
• Collaboration with Controlling, People & Culture, Sales & Service Operations and the subsidiaries in Vienna and Porto
• Depending on interest, participation in analyses and reports in the Data Warehouse (DWH) and in Tableau

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING

• Completed training as an accounting clerk or ongoing further training to become a specialist in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting; experience with financial statements, IFRS or payroll processing is a plus
• Experience with accounting systems such as Abacus
• Interest in AI and automation: you don’t just want to understand processes, but improve them, for example with AI agents
• Calmness when things change quickly or are not yet fully clarified
• Initiative in familiarising yourself with new topics and enjoyment in getting to know new tools such as Tableau
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
