Your tasks
- Operational management and organisation of the domestic services area including cleaning and laundry
- Leadership, promotion and development of employees (team of approx. 22 employees)
- Ensuring professional, customer-oriented domestic services as well as high quality and hygiene standards
- Planning, control and monitoring of domestic service processes including work scheduling
- Active participation in day-to-day business as well as close cooperation with the hospitality management

Your profile
- Completed training as a hospitality-domestic services specialist EFZ or equivalent
- Further training as a hospitality-domestic services area manager EFA is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in domestic services
- Leadership skills, ability to work in a team and enjoyment of collaboration
- High service orientation, respectful interaction with residents and relatives
- Organisational talent, responsible and solution-oriented working style
- Good communication skills, quality awareness and confident use of common Office programmes
