- You play a key role in ensuring that our clients enjoy holistic, first-class and individual reference care at home
- You support relatives and the persons to be cared for as well as the team in all matters relating to care
- You work and coordinate interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, health insurance companies and the team

- You have a tertiary education in nursing (HF, FH, AKP, DN II, also DNI and FA and care)
- Your flexibility and commitment make you a reliable support in the team
- Your good oral and written German skills help you communicate with the people around you
- Your sense of responsibility and the ability to recognise emergency situations and respond appropriately make you a valuable team member
- Your cheerful nature is contagious and actively contributes to a positive corporate culture that delights our customers and enriches the working environment
- You have the InterRAI HC course or are willing to complete it
