Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an experienced and quality-oriented individual for a responsible role in payroll and HR services. Our Rocken partner is an internationally active Swiss company that develops and produces innovative solutions and technologies for various industrial applications. In this role, you will take on an important role in coordinating and processing the monthly payroll and work closely with internal and external interfaces.
Responsibilities:
You coordinate the monthly payroll in collaboration with external service providers, HR, finance, and other relevant interfaces
You analyse payroll results, deviations, and control reports and handle special cases as well as variable remunerations
You are the contact person for Swiss social insurances, withholding tax, salary certificates, and year-end tasks
You handle complex matters concerning illness, accident, maternity, compensation for loss of earnings, unpaid leave, as well as cross-border commuter and withholding tax issues
You ensure the professional handling of audits and internal controls
Qualifications:
You have completed training in HRM and have several years of professional experience in payroll
You possess knowledge of Swiss labour and social insurance law
You have good MS Office skills; experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors is an advantage
Fluent German skills are required as well as good English skills
