About the job

You are at home in the general ledger and take responsibility for complex financial statements. As a senior, you ensure quality and compliance and are the first point of contact for accounting and valuation issues. At the same time, you actively contribute to the further development of our financial processes.

• Overall responsibility for the financial statements in the general ledger (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement) according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR
• Professional conscience and assessment authority for accounting, valuation, and accrual issues
• Close professional coordination with controlling in the closing process to ensure consistent representation of financial and cost accounting
• Co-responsibility in the budget and forecast process with a focus on balance sheet and cash flow
• Ensuring the correct representation of taxes and VAT
• Professional sparring for the team, contact person for audits, and active further development of processes and systems in the finance area

• High sense of responsibility, structured and independent working style, as well as a pronounced solution- and quality-orientation
• Solid education and several years of experience in finance and accounting with very good knowledge of OR, Swiss GAAP FER, as well as taxes and VAT
• SAP is your central working tool; you navigate confidently in R/3 or S/4HANA and actively work in the system
• Analytical strength, confident appearance, and enjoyment in providing professional sparring as a senior and passing on knowledge within the team; experience from auditing or revision is welcome
