Maintenance Specialist HVACS Specialisation Sanitary / Heating

Within our Technical Building Management department, the HVACS section is responsible for the planning, optimisation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, cooling, air conditioning, and sanitary systems. We manage over 1100 building technology systems and make an important contribution to the quality of stay and smooth airport operations. Our maintenance team is looking for you to strengthen the team as a Maintenance Specialist HVACS Sanitary / Heating.

Your job destination

• You operate and maintain the technical systems in the HVACS area with a focus on sanitary and heating
• You analyse and optimise the sanitary and heating systems for function and energy consumption
• You operate our drinking water system including the treatment plants
• You check and maintain the operation of the fire extinguishing systems
• You organise repair work and carry it out independently

Your skills in your luggage

• You have training as a sanitary or heating installer with a Federal VET Diploma and several years of professional experience in the service sector
• You are characterised by a high awareness of quality
• You are ready to work interdisciplinarily and can analyse complex contexts
• You have the will to develop further and are open to new technologies and methods
• You are a determined and empathetic personality with a strong service orientation
• You have very good oral and written German skills
• You hold a category B driving licence
