Mission:

• Manage and lead HVAC projects from study to completion of works
• Ensure technical, financial and administrative monitoring of sites
• Coordinate internal teams, partners and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality and safety requirements
• Participate in site meetings and maintain relations with various stakeholders
• Prepare execution files in collaboration with the Technical Office
• Participate in the preparation of offers, bids and commercial negotiations
• Monitor costs, invoicing, margins and project profitability
• Coordinate purchases related to sites and participate in supplier selection
• Develop and maintain commercial relationships with clients and partners

Profile:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as heating installer or building heating systems designer
• Higher education (federal diploma, federal master or university degree) is an asset
• Proven experience in managing and monitoring HVAC projects, ideally large-scale projects
• Strong skills in technical and financial project management
• Excellent organisational, anticipatory and coordination skills
• Comfortable with common IT tools (Office); Win-OD and AutoCAD are advantages
• Autonomous, responsible, pragmatic and solution-oriented personality
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Native French speaker, German B2 or higher appreciated
