- You enjoy contributing new ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement and thus continuously optimising the processes.
- For producing the products in the best quality, adherence to the specified recipes, procedures and work instructions is very important and you are aware of this.
- Your efficient way of working as well as your presence on the lines is important and this is how you support your team.
What you bring with you
- You have a basic EFZ qualification in the food sector (cook, butcher or in food or dairy technology) and may already have gained experience in the industry.
- Working with various operating systems (MES, SAP, Office) is no problem for you - and what is not yet, can still become so.
- You are a communicative, reliable person and have German language skills in spoken and written form.
- Your flexibility is shown in your willingness to work a 4-shift system including weekend shifts.
